2. Tenant Isolation & Patient Data

Medmo acts as a data processor for the hospitals (the data controllers). We implement strict tenant isolation. This means that your hospital's operational and patient booking data is logically segregated in our Firebase database architecture. We do not access, share, or monetize patient data submitted through your white-labeled Medmo portals.

We use the collected administrative information to:

• Provide and maintain the Medmo service.
• Process payments and subscriptions.
