These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Medmo B2B Hospital Administration platform operated by Fraymo Technologies. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, Fraymo Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make use of the Medmo platform for your hospital's internal administrative and booking purposes.

2. Account Registration

You must register for an account using your Google Workspace or Gmail credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computers or devices.

3. Subscription Fees

Medmo offers a 30-day free trial. Upon expiration, continued access requires upgrading to the Professional plan (₹499/month). Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your white-labeled portal and dashboard access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Medmo platform to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international healthcare laws or regulations.
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Medmo platform servers or networks.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fraymo Technologies provides the Medmo platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Fraymo Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.
